2. Product Presentation & Color Disclaimer

  • Visuals: We aim to display the colors and patterns of our clothes as accurately as possible. However, due to professional studio lighting and variations in digital screens, the actual fabric color may vary slightly from the images shown.
  • Descriptions: We provide detailed information regarding fabric type (Lawn, Cotton, Silk, etc.) and measurements to help you make an informed choice.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • We offer nationwide delivery through our logistics partners.
  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours, and delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
  • Kacha Dhaagha is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

5. Fabric Care & Liability

  • Our responsibility ends once the fabric has been stitched, cut, or washed. We strongly advise all customers to inspect the fabric for any defects before handing it over to a tailor.
  • Please follow standard fabric care instructions (such as separate washing for dark colors and shrinking before stitching) to maintain the longevity of the garment.

6. Privacy & Security

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure that your data is handled securely and only used for order fulfillment and brand communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Kacha Dhaagha. Any unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal matters shall be addressed in the relevant courts of Faisalabad/Lahore.
