Return and Refund Policy

At Kacha Dhaagha, we are committed to providing you with premium quality unstitched fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a clear and professional process to assist you.

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.
  • Requests made after the 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please verify that: 

  • The fabric remains unstitched and in its original, brand-new condition.
  • The product has not been cut, washed, or altered in any manner.
  • All original packaging, brand tags, and labels are intact and attached.
  • You possess the original receipt or digital proof of purchase.

Note: Any item that has been stitched or damaged after delivery due to mishandling will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer to your provided account details within 2–3 working days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to our Faisalabad warehouse.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as a misprint or damaged fabric), please contact us via WhatsApp at [+923257897472] within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the defect, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
