- What are the shipping charges? We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 for shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
- How long will it take to receive my order? We process orders within 24 hours. Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
- Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. Please contact us immediately for cancellations.
- Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your parcel.

- Is the fabric quality guaranteed? Absolutely. At Kacha Dhaagha, we provide 100% authentic and premium quality unstitched apparel. Quality is our core promise.
- Will the color be exactly as shown in the pictures? We strive for 100% accuracy, but colors may vary slightly due to screen lighting and photographic effects.
- Is the lawn fabric shrink-proof? Our premium lawn is of high quality, but we always recommend a gentle first soak (shrunking) in plain water before stitching.
- Do you provide stitched suits? Currently, we only specialize in premium unstitched collections to give you the freedom of custom styling and fit.

- What payment methods do you offer? We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan for your peace of mind and convenience.

- What is your exchange policy? We offer a 7-day exchange policy if the product is damaged or different from the description.
- Can I return a suit after it has been stitched? No, exchanges are only valid for unstitched fabric with original tags intact. Stitched or altered items cannot be returned.
- What if I receive a damaged article? In the rare case of damage, please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the defect for a quick exchange.
- Who pays for the shipping of returned items? If the product was faulty, we cover the costs. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
