1. Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities and towns through our reliable courier partners (such as Trax, Leopards, or TCS).
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.
3. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier delays.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the courier. For security reasons, couriers do not allow opening the parcel before payment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are correct and complete. Kacha Dhaagha will not be responsible for non-delivery or redelivery charges if the provided address is incorrect or the customer is unavailable after multiple attempts by the courier.
